Fourth suspect in 2017 murder of Haverhill teen to be arraigned

A fourth suspect has been charged in the murder of a Haverhill teen in June of 2017, according to Essex Country District Attorney Jonathan Blodgett and Haverhill Police Chief Alan DeNaro.

The DA's office said 21-year-old Haverhill native Joseph Maxwell Benner was charged with murder in connection with the death of 18-year-old Bryce Finn.

Finn was fatally shot on his doorstep in Haverhill on June 6, 2017.

The DA's office said Benner is currently serving a sentence at the Middleton House of Corrrection on unrelated charges, and he'll be arraigned in Haverhill District Court Tuesday.
