Law enforcement took John Bagley, 44, into custody on Monday afternoon after seizing multiple pills, scales, cell phones, drug packaging materials and approximately $3,000 in his home.

The Bridgewater resident is facing two drug-related charges stemming from the arrest: Possession with Intent to Distribute a Class A Substance and Possession of a Class B Substance.

The arrest occurred at approximately 1 p.m. after officials executed search warrants at Bagley’s home, place of business, and vehicle. Police began the investigation originally when they received information that Bagley was allegedly selling fentanyl in and around Bridgewater.

Bagley was arrested without incident and his arraignment was slated for Tuesday.
