19-year-old woman killed in Andover crash

ANDOVER, Mass. — State Police responded to a car crash in Andover on Sunday morning that killed a Bradford woman.

According to State Police Barracks in Andover, 19-year-old Katie Ramirez was traveling northbound on I-495 when she drove off the left side of the highway and crashed into the wooden median.

State Troopers found Ramirez unresponsive and started CPR on her. Shortly after, the Andover Fire Department arrived at the scene and transported Ramirez to Lawrence General Hospital where she was pronounced dead.

No further information is available as the crash is under investigation.
